EMMY™ Award winning producer and multiple nominee Jennifer Lebeau began her career at

Sony Music Entertainment where she rose quickly through the ranks to run the Special Projects division as Executive Producer and Creative Director. Working with a diversity of artists ranging

from icons Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and Tony Bennett to the ‘at the time’ developing careers

of Pearl Jam, Beyoncè and Mariah Carey, Lebeau built strong relationships with talent, management and executives. When the time came to venture out as an independent producer/director, both Sony and  its artists remained loyal to her becoming clients of les beaux films and collaborators on the vast array of projects for which Jennifer would go on to produce and / or direct.  

With a credit list that includes documentary films, episodic and strip series, live television, talk, special event & variety programming, short-form content & branding campaigns – Jennifer’s skills and passion for production are boundless.  She can make you laugh, she can make you cry, for sure inspire you, and along the way, you will at some point likely dance your ass off.

Jennifer received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, Annenberg School of Communication; was selected nationally as one of 20 International Radio and Television Society Fellows; is a member of the Producers Guild of America, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and Women in Film & TV.

Over her 20-year career, Jennifer has produced and directed programming with the who’s who of entertainment. Her client roster includes among others all divisions of the aforementioned Sony, Universal, Paramount, Warner Brothers, Disney, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, HBO, Comedy Central, MTV, VH1, BBC, PBS, CW, IFC, AOL, Netflix, Google, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Lebeau’s creativity and production skills have kept her in demand as a unique talent-for-hire

as well as a production and development executive. Her forward thinking has pushed her to

the forefront of transmedia, opportunities.  Her film The Zen of Bennett was released theatrically and holds the distinction as the first Netflix Original Documentary. When AOL bought their first

long-form series Connected,  its Executive Producer, Academy Award nominee Morgan Spurlock, hired Jennifer as its Showrunner. ​​
